PNP-PROVINCIAL NOMINEE PROGRAM

A. It must meet and apply to receive an nomination certificate to fulfill the requirements for its respective Canada PNP program
B. Upon receipt of the nomination certificate,The federal government will then review its application from different perspectives including finance, health, medical background, and grant Canada PR visas, if anything is satisfactory. it will have to apply to the federal government


The ENHANCED PNP

The Federal express entry system ties the PNP with Canada immigration.This option is open to people who meet Canadian immigration eligibility criteria under the federal express entry programme.These candidates must take the following steps

A. Submit to Express Entry and join the Express Entry List
B. Request the PNP nomination from your chosen province and successfully receive it
C. Once named to the Comprehensive Ranking Program, the applicants will receive 600 additional points out of 1200.
D. Those bonus points will make the candidate selected at the next Canada Express entry draw almost definitely.
E. Candidates who qualify under the Canada Express Entry Program and those not qualified for the Canada Express Entry Program can apply through the Provincial Nominees Program for the purpose of Canadian immigration.


What are the immigration eligibility criteria under the Provincial Nominated Program?

The individual rules and eligibility criteria for Provincial nomination have been set out by each provincial / territorial in Canada. The immigration provisions for three different types of immigrants are generally made under the PNP programme.
1. applicants with an employer that is willing to sponsor in the province with a valid job offer
2. Candidates seeking a job in the province
3. Self-employed applicants
